It is with great pleasure today,
that I get to announce
a terrific and talented
crafty blogger.
Stephanie
as our Guest Designer
here at 3 Girl JAM.

Hello Everyone I am delighted to join the 3 Girl Jam, for Guest DT today!!!

My name is Stephanie Stanton.
I have been crafting for pretty much my whole life!!!
Seriously of course since the birth of my son nearly 8 years ago!

I needed a more awesome way to celebrate my boys life then just photos in a book,
I found scrapbooking and I was hooked.
That of course ballooned into a healthy obsession
to create all kinds of fun things with paper and embellies!!!!

There you can find a lot of my scrapbook pages and some of my altered pieces too.

I am a lover of all styles.
I love to layer and use pretty flowers and jewels.
I like to try new things and push the envelope a bit
with found objects and re-purposing things like packaging!

For my Guest Designer Post,
I have created a fun Halloween party box.

It would be great to house a gift for your guests or of course some yummy candy!

I used Close to My Heart Halloween paper and stamps.

I hope you like it and thank you for the opportunity to play along with your fab community!!!!!

Altered Carousel

Happy Monday All
Gloria here from Oma's Crafts
I have been having some fun and still doing some reorganization. (in my case this seems like a never ending process) I totally loved the way my fellow DT sister Cheri from DJ's Sundries was housing her 3 Girl JAM ribbons and decided to copy her storage idea.

This is a carousel for pens and pencils that I altered and now it houses my entire stash of 3 Girl JAM goodness. All ribbons and twine are wound on craft sticks. There is even room for my canvas strips, burlap and bow maker in the middle. It is adorned with Halloween Harvest crinkle ribbonBurlap and Vintage Buttons. This takes up less space than my old storage and I can see all the gorgeous colors right out in the open.
I glued a magnet on the side and another to the bottom of this container to hold all my Vintage Buttons. If you are wandering about the little sign I will be putting photos of my 4 grands on this side also. When my daughter was a little girl I called her Tara Beara so it continued with my grands and they are all my little bear cubs!!!
If you would like to see photos of the other 2 sides and a view from the top head over to my blog.

Happy Crafting!!!

Spooky Fun

Good Morning everyone! Rebecca here in the middle of a Spook-tacular weekend!
And really, what better way to spend THIS particular day than completing the final touches of your Halloween decorations and treats!

So, while I'm usually up to NO GOOD, today I'm having some good old fashioned fun making (and eating) treats so that the little tricksters out there will NOT target me on Halloween.

As I mentioned a couple weeks ago, we don't get many kids on Halloween around here, so I usually put together a few unique packages filled with candy to give each little cutie that comes by all decked out in fun costumes.

The above is one of those packages.  And I love that it's quick AND pretty AND festive.
If you want to make one for yourself, I have all the details over on my blog.

I'm using two different 3GirlJam products

Ribbon - Harvest Orange from the Harvest Bundle and a button from a Vintage Button package.

So, there you have it.  Just in case you needed ANOTHER reason to make something and fill it with CHOCOLATE!

Now, go make something beautiful!

Happy Gobble Day

Good Morning 3 Girl Jam Fan's!!
It is Jessica from Chick-n-Scrap
here to share my DT project with you all.
I know we have yet to make it out of October, and we all still have pumpkins, ghosts and candy on the brain but I have the first of many Thanksgiving cards to share...using one of my favorite Fall colors of
Crinkle Ribbon~
Hot Chocolate from the Hot & Cold Bundle
Isn't this ribbon perfect with my too cute and very colorful Turkey :)

Here is a close-up of the bow....I tied it twice, one on top of another and then added a brad that I made to the center.

What do you think??
As always
additional details on all the products used
can be found on my blog

Just a reminder...
we are into the 2nd week of our Favor Challenge over at the
and we would LOVE for you all to play along!!!
The rules are quite simple and can be found HERE
but most importantly we want to see all those FAVORS using RIBBON!!
We have an awesome sponsor as well this week so head on over...
after leaving me some love :)
and check out our challenge!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Fall Treat Card

Happy fall morning.  This is Cheri from DJ's Sundries.  I have a really simple fall project for you today.  In fact, this is probably the simplest Design Team post that I've done for 3 Girl JAM.  Guess what?  Simple can be beautiful - especially when you have gorgeous ribbon.  Today's gorgeous ribbon is Harvest Orange.  Now I'm not typically an "orange" girl, but I must say that I find the oranges of fall breathtaking.  Harvest Orange was perfect for these cards.

Supplies:
Harvest Orange crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl JAM
The Paper Company Cyprus Stack
DCWV - Autumn Melody Matstack
Brown cardstock from my stash
Prima - Say it in Pearls (peach)
Distress Ink - Walnut Stain
Fall-O-Ween stamps from K. Andrew Designs

I really didn't use any special techniques to create these little cards.  I just cut the papers, adhered them, and tied a beautiful bow.  I used the distress ink to distress the edges of the yellow and printed papers and to stamp my sentiment.  Prima bling finished off the top corner.  Though you can't see the inside of the cards, I also applied brown and yellow mats inside to allow plenty of room to write.

Sometimes simple works and think this was one of those times.  Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Please head over to DJ's Sundries for all the measurements as well as a close up of 2 of the cards.  Have a great day and...

Take time to enjoy the little things.

that I get to announce a sweet friend
and crafty blogger,
Sara McDowall
as our Guest Designer
here at 3 Girl JAM.

Sara has created a Delightful Halloween
Card for her Guest Appearance today.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Sara McDowall.
I have been crafting for just under a year and
have totally fell in love with everything to do with it.
I love to make cards and also
have my own site on Facebook, Just Cards By Sara.

I have recently started doing video's on YouTube.
I love making all types of cards, but the ones I love making the most,
 would have to be vintage.
I love the whole look with aging, distressing and tearing.

You can find any of my projects at my blog,
Just Cards By Sara
or on my Just Cards By Sara FB Fan Page

For my project today,
I have made a Halloween Card
using ribbon.

I have used paper from Kaisercraft -13th Hour collection
and covered the chipboard house in black ink.
The background paper has been smudged with
Tim Holtz distressed inks in Dusty Concord,
Seedless Preserves, Ripe Persimmon and Black soot.
I cut the fence and cat free hand.
The bats where made from
a butterfly punch, spider from a dragonfly punch, and
the tag/moon was made from a circle punch.
The letters and numbers have been cut with Tim Holtz Typeset.

Thank you so much for joining us
at 3 Girl JAM today Sara.
Your Halloween Card is Wonderful!

Fall Cork Place Cards

Hey everyone...it's Abby with ScrappinAbby and today is my day to share another project with you using some of the FAB crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl Jam..YAY!!

My project is a fairly quick & easy one which can be a good thing with the busy Fall season upon us.

I made some cork place cards with a Fall theme & dressed them up with some yummy crinkle ribbon.

After making my chipboard Bingo numbered cards, I used a TH Memo Pin to stick them into a piece of cork. To top these off and dress them up a bit...I added some Goblin Green, Halloween Harvest & Harvest Orange Crinkle Ribbon!

I just love how adding this FAB crinkle ribbon dresses up the simplest of projects. I can't wait to use these at this years Thanksgiving dinner!!

To see more photos and a full supply list, please visit me at my blog ScrappinAbby.

Make sure you stop by the 3GJ store at and pick up some of this amazing crinkle ribbon for your own Fall projects.

Happy Scrappin!!

Spooktacular Treats for You

Hello all, Happy Monday!  Jovan here from Cards by Jovan.  My project today is a super cute treat topper.  I LOVE making Halloween treats for my children to take to school.  I made these Frankenstein treats out of Rice Krispies and dipped them in colored chocolate melts.  The eyes are vanilla chips and I used black icing for the rest.   I used a Frankenstein cut from the cricut Happy Haunting cart.  The sentiment is from MPS.  To JAZZ up the topper I added Tuxedo from the Celebrations bundle.  I think the ribbon was the PREFECT touch!
We also have a challenge going on to make a Halloween favor.  Go check it out HERE
I hope you enjoyed my project today!

Thank You Card

Hey.... Hey my favorite crafters!! Scrappin Madge here and I am excited to show you this "Thank You" card.  Have any of you found that we (as crafters) make cards all of the time but NEVER send them out???? LoL we have it so easy now days just jumping on the computer and sending out a quick email.... or sitting down and looking at Facebook when a box pops up to remind us of someones birthday, so we quickly send them a message on there timeline.  Well, I am guilty as charged folks.... I need to do better. And as I made this card I thought you know it would sure make someone smile if i took the extra time and sent this card "Snail Mail" I know when i get cards in the mail it melts my heart that that person thought of me.  So not only is this a post this is a challenge to you to send just one of the cards you have in your stash.

Ok so enough with the Blah Blah Blah..... {Hee Hee}

I made it using Antique White Crinkle ribbon, and the new burlap that is available now.  Check out the 3 Girl Jam store here.  I used a butterfly embellishment on top of the butterfly that is on the paper to give it some dimension, added the three white paper flowers.

Well... I hope that you liked my card.

{Loves} Madge

Guest Designer - Tonya Morgan

It is with great pleasure today,
that I get to announce a very talented
crafter and blogger friend,
Tonya Morgan
as our Guest Designer
here at 3 Girl JAM.

For her Guest Appearance
here at 3 Girl JAM today,
Tonya is sharing a wonderful and unique
way to use the 3Girl JAM Crinkle Ribbon
to decorate for a party.
Get yours in the store TODAY!

Hey 3GJ fans!
My name is Tonya and I'm thrilled to be your guest designer today.

I'm an almost 30-something, stay-at-home mom,
with two beautiful children who tend to be the main subjects of my scrapping.

I've been paper crafting in one form or another, on-and-off,
for over 10 years. I didn't start seriously crafting
until just over 4 years ago
when I was pregnant with my daughter.

I love making scrapbook pages and 3D/altered items.
Showcasing my families memories is my passion.

You can find me on my blog
Itty Bitty Ladybugs
at http://ittybittyladybugs.blogspot.com .

Itty Bitty Ladybugs

For my project I created food labels
that were used at my daughter's
Snow White party this past weekend.

I used the Claire's ABCs stamp set by Lawn Fawn
to spell out the food names
and black Staz On ink.

I added a small piece of cardstock to the back of the ribbon
for support and used Glue Dots to adhere them
to the sticks stuck in the apples.

As you can see it rained
but that didn't put a damper on the party
or my food labels!

I hope you enjoyed my project
and I thank everyone at 3 Girl Jam
for having me as guest designer today.

FALL greetings w/Burlap and Crinkle Ribbon (oh my!)

Hello and Happy Tuesday
my sweet Blends!
Jessica here with you today!

Tuesdays, hmmmm....what could that mean?
Well, it means that I get to tell
you about the fun I had
with my 3 Girl JAM Crinkle Ribbon and Burlap!

I like that I tried to go CAS on this one,
but still struggled with stopping
at a point that doesn't require
more...that is really hard for me...he he he!

I grabbed my box of 3 Girl JAM goodies
(yes they are in their own special box...equipped with a
on the front for easy finding!)
see......

Did you know you can get your
very own CUSTOM Flair Button
with your Personal or Business Blog
Logo or Blinkie design?
Yep, just click this >>>Link Here<<<

I really owe my inspiration
to the current
and a few others that I listed at my
personal blog - Jessica's Craft Shaque.

If you like to play with Ribbon
then the current challenge is for you.
Why don't you LINK UP???
You can do so at the Challenge Blog
and even right here
I grabbed my Goblin Green and Harvest Orange
Crinkle Ribbon and my roll of
fabulous 3 Girl JAM Burlap.
I first inked up my white doily with TH Antique Linen.
Then I threaded the fun Goblin Green ribbon through
the existing holes on the doily.  This is a bit tricky
and requires a little bit of patience if your doily is made of paper. LOL
The Harvest Orange was pleated on top of the burlap
and ran in a wave pattern.
The whimsical pumpkins are from a my little shoebox* set
by Unity called - a little trick or treat.
The ink was Orange by Rubber Stampede.
I cut 2 circles with my 2" circle punch, placed one directly'
on the back of the doily and added foam squares,
then placed the 2nd circle below that.

I stamped the sentiment directly on to my Kraft card stock
using Jumbo Java and one of the adorable
sentiment stamps in the Bella Blvd set
by Unity called - Finally Fall.
I then stamped the burlap using
my Christy Tomlinson - Chevron Background Stamp by Unity
and some VersaMagic - Jumbo Java brown ink.
I tried with a bit of orange and green, but they didn't show so well.
I then went over the entire piece with the brown again.

Now, if you haven't stopped over to
lately, then you are missing out
on some amazing deals.

Thanks for stopping by today

Date Book

Happy Monday Everyone!! Gloria here today from Oma's Crafts.

I hope you have all had a very restful weekend and are ready to face another week. The weather around here has become chilly in the mornings but by afternoon it is very comfortable. Fall is my favorite season of the year. The days are nice, the colors are beautiful, the heater and air conditioner are both turned off so energy bills are cheaper. See it's just the perfect time of year I tell ya. lol

Fall also means another year is right around the corner. It is amazing how fast this year has gone by. I have to say though that I am ready for it to be over. This year has been a very stressful one and I pray that next year is a much quieter one. So in getting ready for the new year I made a 2 year date book. I could not wait another 2 1/2 months to start using it so I also included November and December.

The image is from our challenge sponsor "Saturated Canary". You still have until Thursday to enter this challenge so be sure to check it out HERE.

The gorgeous ribbon is 3 Girl JAM "Christmas Candy" from the new Seasons Bundle.

You can see more pics and details over on my blog.

Happy Crafting!!!
